The Director of Operations is responsible under his authority the planning, organizing, directing, and controlling productive operations of the WFN in an effective and timely manner to meet the objectives of the organization. The officer is extensively involved in strategic, tactical and operational planning and decision making and, therefore, provides the organization the basis for all future managerial activities by establishing guidelines and actions in accordance to the decisions of the WFN Council.
